He is the Chairman of the Firm.

He is a tax lawyer with a Master’s Degree in taxation from Boston University, Boston Massachusetts, U.S.A.

He has extensive experience in international and local taxation.  He worked as tax counsel in the International Tax Department of Price Waterhouse & Co., New York City for the period 1962- 1963.  Later, he was appointed as Tax Manager of Adler, Faunce & Leonardo, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1963 - 1964).  When he returned to the Philippines in 1964, he acted as a tax consultant in the Office of the Secretary of Finance.  Afterwards, he joined Joaquin Cunanan & Co. (now Isla Lipana & Co./PWC Philippines) as Tax Manager in 1965.  In 1969, he was promoted to principal and became an international partner of Price Waterhouse & Co. later on.  As international partner of Price Waterhouse & Co., he attended various international conferences on taxation in New York, Melbourne, Singapore and London, among others. He retained this position up to the first half of 1977 until he established this Law Firm.

He is the administrator of Menzi Trust Fund, Inc., a trust company that oversees the assets and investments of the late Gen. Hans Menzi and its Foundation.

He is a retired member of the Rotary Club of Makati-North, a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Makati Business Club, International Wine and Food Society and other professional and civic organizations.
