He is a Senior Partner of the Law Firm.   He joined the Firm in 1981 as Tax Consultant and became a Partner in June 1997.

Before joining the Law Firm, he was an audit staff member of Sycip Gorres and Velayo & Co. (SGV).

He handles criminal, collections, labor, corporate and tax cases in pertinent judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals in the country. He is an effective negotiator and mediator in cases involving labor and tax disputes.

He holds Bachelor's Degree in Law from University of the East and graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
